Damilola worked out the early morning ask by solving the anagram ntltiingee to be intelligent. We solved numeracy sequences such as 23 27 31 _ _.
We started a new topic in Literacy of performance poems and we will be working on these for the next two weeks. We also did some work on the uffix -ly and will be working with other prefixes.
Our topic this week is the United Kingdom. We worked on learning where the countries where, there capital cities and their flags. Children were asked if they knew or could work out why the Union Jack looks like it does.
